  • We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements. We guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are provided, which are confirmed on the order acknowledgement. 
  • We know you have many choices when it comes to ordering seafood and meats. So we stop at nothing to ensure our products and our service remain a cut above. You deserve nothing less. 
  • What are your business hours?

    Hours: MON - FRI 8am-6pm / Sat 8am-4pm

    We are closed on Sundays. 

  • Do you deliver?

    We have free home delivery with a minimum order of $50.00 (within 25 miles of Springfield).  Orders less than $50.00 have a $10.00 delivery charge added.  Most orders can be filled same day or within 24 hours. However, please allow up to 3 business days for special order products. 

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all forms of payment: check/credit/debit/EBT/Venmo

    All pricing DOES NOT include sales tax.  

  • Can I get a full refund?

  • How can I order product?

    Ordering is as simple as ordering online, a phone call, text, or an email.  You can pick up your order at our warehouse or choose our convenient home/business delivery service. We also ship nationwide (please call for pricing). You can also visit our seafood booth at any of the Ozark's premier local farmer's markets.
